Mitch joined Grossman St. Amour CPAs in January 2023. He is a staff accountant in the Tax Services Group.
Mitch’s areas of practice include tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, financial statement preparation, payroll and sales tax return preparation, and bookkeeping.
Mitch is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a Master of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Minor in Business Administration.
Mitch is a former member of the Accounting Society at SUNY Oswego, and a Student Member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has completed the Grossman St. Amour CPAs Student Internship Program in the Tax Services Group.
Mitch is a resident of Syracuse, New York.

What nugget of wisdom would you offer aspiring accountants?
Ask questions. There is a plethora of resources available, including people so read a lot, study often, and if you still need a little help find a good mentor.
What drew you to accounting?
I always enjoyed working with people and solving problems and the accounting field allowed my interests to align.
Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life?
My wife, Caitlyn, who has always been with me in life’s endeavors.
