Steve has been with Grossman St. Amour CPAs since October 1985. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is AICPA Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV). Steve is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Steve has extensive experience in individual, partnership and corporation accounting and taxation of various industries, including construction and real estate, transportation, medical and healthcare practices, and professional service organizations including advertising and law firms. In addition, Steve has consulting expertise with various business owners and investors on business planning, financial forecasting, private placements and retirement and succession planning.
Steve’s experience also includes business formations and valuations for commercial entities and mergers and acquisitions.
He is a resident of Baldwinsville, New York.
