Grossman St. Amour CPAs is facing tough choices with the spread of COVID-19.  Our priority is to protect the health of our clients, employees and families, while keeping the work that we do for you moving forward.  We are writing to inform you about the changes we are making in our procedures to keep everyone healthy and accomplish these objectives.

We are canceling all face-to-face meetings.  We will be contacting our clients who have scheduled meetings to help coordinate their information.   For our audit department, this means we will not be working in your offices.  For our tax department, this means that you will need to send us your tax information via Sharefile, which is our secure client portal link located at the top right of our website homepage,  or mail or drop your information off at our office.    Thereafter, we will call, email, or text you to coordinate any questions we may have or to inform you about any information we are missing.  If you wish, we will schedule a phone call or video conference to walk through all of your information.

As our teams adjust to these new working conditions, our goal is to provide you with the same quality service as we have in the past.  Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns at 315.424.1120, or [email protected], or to your tax professional directly.   Please be safe.  Thank you.
