Scott M. Heyman, CPA, CFP® has been promoted to Senior Manager. Scott has been with Grossman St. Amour CPAs for eight years. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Central New York Chapter.
Scott practices in the areas of accounting, income tax preparation and income tax planning for businesses and individuals. He is experienced in preparing multi-state tax returns. Scott works with clients in industry areas such as manufacturing, trucking and transportation, construction and real estate. Scott also performs personal financial planning for individuals.
When not working, Scott relaxes by staying active and playing golf.

Jeffrey R. Vaughn, CPA, CVA
Jeffrey R. Vaughn, CPA, CVA has been promoted to Senior Manager. Jeff has been with Grossman St. Amour CPAs for ten years. He received a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
Jeff practices in the areas of accounting, income tax preparation, and income tax planning for businesses and individuals. He has experience with business valuation, indirect cost plans, and financial forecasts.
Jeff works with physicians and medical practices, real estate companies, and various other industries.
Jeff enjoys spending his free time cycling and boating.
