We are pleased to welcome Caroline Heaviside and Kyle D. Norton to the Grossman St. Amour family!

Caroline Heaviside is a graduate of Le Moyne College Madden School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, as well as an Associates in Arts, General Studies at Onondaga Community College.

Caroline works in the firm’s audit services group.   She practices in the areas of audit and attest engagements and financial statement preparation.  Caroline’s clients include not-for-profit organizations, fire districts, public school districts, and governmental entities.   She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and has completed the Grossman St. Amour CPAs Internship Program.   Caroline is a resident of Syracuse, New York.

When asked what drew her to the accounting profession, Caroline replied, “I was originally a hospitality major and had to take a “hospitality accounting” class, and loved it so much, I switched my major to accounting.”  She credits her mom as being the most influential person in her life.

Kyle D. Norton is a graduate of State University of New York Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Master of Business Administration, as well as an Associates of Science in Business Administration from State University of New York Cayuga Community College.

Kyle works in the firm’s audit services and tax services groups.  He practices in the areas of audit and attest engagements, financial statement preparation, income tax return preparation, payroll and sales tax return preparation, and bookkeeping.   His clients include not-for-profit organizations, for-profit businesses and individuals.   Kyle volunteers at VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), and completed the Grossman St. Amour CPAs Internship Program.   Kyle is a resident of Oswego, New York.

Kyle is a student member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Beta Alpha Psi.

When asked what drew him to the accounting profession, Kyle said, “I enjoyed mathematics and was searching for a career path that would constantly stimulate my brain.”    When asked what word describes him best, Kyle stated “ambitious”!
