We are pleased to announce that Elyjah M. Pengel has joined the firm as our IT Support Specialist.
Elyjah is responsible for providing timely and applicable technical assistance for all technology, including computer systems used throughout the firm. He is the first point of contact for IT requests or issues, which include maintenance and support of the firm’s computer systems and is responsible for the configuration of computer hardware for firm employees. Other responsibilities include communicating with vendors for product support, working closely with firm administration on installing software, and maintaining an accurate equipment inventory, as well as procurement of hardware and peripherals.
Elyjah attended University at Albany – State University of New York, where he graduated with a B.S. in Digital Forensics, Summa Cum Laude and was on the Dean’s List each year. He also attended Onondaga Community College, where he earned an A.S. in Computer Forensics and was on the Dean’s List each year.
Elyjah resides in Liverpool, New York.
