Grossman St. Amour CPAs is taking additional steps to protect the health of our clients and our employees as we monitor and follow the guidance of Onondaga County in connection with COVID-19.

In addition to cancelling all face-to-face meetings, we will be closing our office at the end of the day on Friday, March 20th.

For clients who have not yet provided us with all of their tax information, we suggest either mailing it to our office address:

Grossman St. Amour CPAs PLLC
110 West Fayette Street, Suite 900
Syracuse, NY 13202

or use our secure share file process to email your materials.  The share file upload link can be found on our web site at www.gsacpas.com, on the top right hand side of the homepage called “Client Portal”.   We will be checking our postal mail and email deliveries each day to scan the information we receive into our document management system for the completion of your tax returns.

Once your tax return is complete, we will contact you via email to coordinate the secure electronic delivery of your materials to you, and to obtain your authorization so that our office can electronically file your tax returns.

All of our employees have state-of-the-art technology at home that will be used to continue the tax preparation process.

As you are aware, the situation is fluid and constantly changing.  We will continue to communicate with you as new information becomes available.

As we adjust to these new working conditions, our goal is to provide you with the same quality service as we have in the past.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.    Please stay safe and healthy.
