Congratulations to Daniel F. Griffin, CPA, CVA, Partner at Grossman St. Amour CPAs PLLC, on his induction into the Salvation Army Advisory Board.   The Advisory Board is comprised of executives from Syracuse area’s leading businesses and industries.   The Advisory Board is charged with providing expertise and guidance in many areas impacting our community.

Dan was previously a member of the Salvation Army Young Leaders Advisory Council.   Nationally, this Young Leaders Advisory Council is the first of its kind for The Salvation Army.   As a Young Leader, Dan was actively involved in the Turn-Around Jumpers Basketball Tournament, Father-Daughter Masquerade, and Christmas Bureau.  Dan was also a member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee.

Dan has been with Grossman St. Amour CPAs PLLC since 2007.   He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a Certified Valuation Analyst.    Dan practices in the areas of income tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships and corporations in several industries.   His experience includes various audit and attest engagements and financial statement preparation.   He works extensively on affordable housing and historic tax credit projects as well as film production tax credit projects.    Dan’s business valuation clients include commercial entities as well as gift, estate, marital and other litigation support services.
