Grossman St. Amour CPAs Seeks Part-Time Administrative Assistant

This part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week.   The individual must possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills and be self-motivated and detail oriented. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications a must.

  • Draft and type correspondence
  • Draft and format proposals
  • Cover front desk as needed
  • Schedule meetings
  • Prepare presentations
  • Scanning

Tax returns:

  • Coordinate clients
  • Schedule tax projection meetings
  • Set up tax meetings, follow up with clients and maintain communication
  • Process tax returns

Financial statements:

  • Process financial statements, including typing changes, formatting and printing final reports
  • Type and format engagements letters, management and representative letters
  • Bind audit presentations


  • Type and bind copies
